Store Availability
Wild Apple General Store is a proudly online-based general store in the Ontario, Canada. While we don't have a physical counter for you to lean on, our digital doors never close. Browsing and cart-hoarding are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can hunt for hand crafted treasures at any hour.
Our small crew of artisans typically handles inquiries and order updates during business hours on weekdays. Human response hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST. We do our best to get back to you between coffee refills and workshop sessions.

Shipping Info & Delivery
We ship from Manitoulin Island across North America. Since many items are hand crafted or fulfill from specific partners to save on homestead space, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and a bit of extra time for the quirky postal routes to reach you.
Hand Crafted Product Variations
Because we use real wood and manual tools, no two pieces are identical. Small variations in grain or finish are part of the 'artisanal character' we love. If it's too wild, we keep it; if it's perfectly unique, it's yours.
Order Tracking & Updates
Once your order leaves the workshop, we'll send a tracking number to your email. You can also log in to your account here to check status updates. If you have questions about custom hand crafted orders, reach out—we're happy to give you a status report from the workbench.
